Located at 8 Caribbean Street in Scoresby, the Stryker Melbourne Fitout is a premium office project that transforms an existing commercial space into a modern, functional, and flexible workplace. Decobu was engaged to deliver comprehensive mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire (MEPF) engineering services. The design focused on occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and seamless integration of building systems to complement the fitout and support Stryker’s operational objectives.
