Located at 99 Adelaide Terrace in the heart of East Perth, Link at Langley (Stack 1 & 2) is a comprehensive commercial refurbishment that revitalises existing office, retail, and carpark spaces. The redevelopment introduced dynamic retail precincts, food and beverage hubs, a state-of-the-art gym, modern office tenancies, and purpose-built childcare facilities, transforming the area into a functional, engaging, and environmentally conscious destination.
Decobu was engaged to deliver full mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire (MEPF) engineering services across all project phases. The design emphasised operational efficiency, energy optimisation, occupant comfort, and seamless integration with the existing building services.
Working closely with Byte Construct and the design team, Decobu implemented tailored engineering solutions that enhanced tenant experience, supported construction timelines, and delivered sustainable building performance.
