Located in East Victoria Park, Nido Early School East Victoria Park is a purpose-built student accommodation facility designed to provide safe, modern, and comfortable living for students. The development features private rooms, communal areas, study zones, and recreational spaces that encourage social interaction, focus, and well-being.
Decobu was engaged by Bruce Construction Design Pty Ltd to deliver full building services design across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering. The design focused on energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and seamless integration of services to support safe, functional, and sustainable student living. Key design elements included optimised HVAC systems for indoor comfort, efficient lighting and power layouts for flexible living and study spaces, and sustainable hydraulic systems with water-saving fixtures.
Working closely with the client and construction team, Decobu ensured full integration of all building services, delivering a high-performing, reliable, and future-ready student accommodation facility.
