Located in Sydney, New South Wales, the Sony Australia Sydney Office Fitout involved the transformation of an existing workplace into a modern, flexible, and technology-enabled environment that reflects Sony’s culture of innovation and collaboration. Delivered by Cachet Group, the fitout was designed to support evolving work styles through a balance of functionality, simplicity, and contemporary workplace design.
Decobu was engaged to provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design services for the project. The design solutions focused on supporting flexible workspaces, advanced connectivity requirements, and sustainable outcomes while seamlessly integrating with the architectural vision. Particular emphasis was placed on energy-efficient building services and the adaptive reuse of existing furnishings and infrastructure where possible, contributing to a more sustainable workplace environment.
