Located at 308 Preston Point Road, Attadale, Preston Point Childcare is a purpose-built early learning facility designed to deliver high-quality education and care in a safe and nurturing environment. The single-storey development features multiple childcare rooms, dedicated staff areas, and landscaped outdoor play spaces, supporting the developmental needs of young children in the local community.
Decobu was engaged to provide full building services design across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire systems. Each discipline was carefully planned to meet the operational demands of a contemporary childcare centre while ensuring compliance with relevant safety, sustainability, and accessibility standards.
Close coordination with Germano Designs and Attadale Property Trust allowed for efficient integration of services into the architectural layout, ensuring that the building met all functional requirements without compromising design intent. The result is a fully compliant, efficient, and child-friendly facility that aligns with industry best practices and the client’s long-term vision.
