The Koodaideri Stage 3 & 4 project supported the expansion of accommodation and support facilities for one of the Pilbara’s major mining operations. The project aimed to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant services infrastructure to meet the needs of a growing workforce in a remote environment.
Decobu was engaged to provide mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic design services, including:
– Mechanical systems to support new camp facilities and refurbishments
– Electrical design for power distribution, lighting, and general services
– Hydraulic services design for water supply, sewer, and associated infrastructure
– Seamless integration of new systems with existing camp infrastructure to ensure reliable operations
The delivery of Stages 3 & 4 provided increased accommodation capacity and enhanced services for personnel. Decobu’s coordinated multidisciplinary design ensured that all systems were safe, efficient, and sustainable, aligning with mining sector standards and long-term operational requirements.
