Located within the newly completed Poly Centre at 210 George Street, the BoardRoom Fitout is a premium commercial office project spanning two levels and covering 1,800 m² of high-performance workspace. The project was designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and flexibility, with a particular focus on delivering an immersive and visually distinctive environment.
Decobu was engaged by BoardRoom Pty Ltd to provide fully integrated building services design across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire disciplines. A key design feature—the double-height atrium along the building’s perimeter—offered a unique architectural opportunity, setting the tone for an out-of-the-box fitout concept that challenged conventional workplace norms.
Close collaboration with the client and project stakeholders to develop services solutions that aligned seamlessly with the architectural vision while supporting the project’s functional and operational objectives.
