Located in East Perth, 151 Royal Street forms part of a commercial precinct supporting office and mixed-use developments within close proximity to Perth’s CBD. The project involved refurbishment works aimed at enhancing the functionality and performance of the existing building.
Decobu was engaged to deliver the mechanical engineering design for the refurbishment works. The design focused on upgrading building services systems to improve indoor comfort, ventilation performance, and operational efficiency.
