We’re looking for Hydraulic Engineers who’s ready to hit the ground running and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. From concept and detailed design through to tender and construction documentation, as well as construction phase support, you’ll be at the center of keeping projects moving.
You’ll be hands-on in producing precise, high-quality documentation that meets Decobu standards, with the confidence and capability to work independently and keep projects progressing with minimal oversight.

What You Bring to the Team
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics) is ideal or relevant engineering degree qualification.
- At least 3-5+ years of post-graduate experience within a building services consultancy.
- A thorough understanding of the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards.
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills paired with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- A resilient, down-to-earth team player who is ready to contribute to a vibrant and growing company culture.
